What you'll do:

As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of high-performance web applications. Working within a close-knit, cross-functional team, you will contribute directly to the organizations technology strategy while delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. This role requires strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently within an agile environment. It is a hands-on engineering position with responsibility across the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Architecture & Technical Design

• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technology strategy
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures
• Apply object-oriented programming principles and recognized design patterns
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements

Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust .NET-based applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Develop APIs and backend services to support internal and external integrations
• Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver seamless web experiences
• Maintain and enhance existing systems with a focus on performance and scalability

Database & Data Management

• Design and optimize relational database structures
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries
• Ensure database performance, reliability, and security
• Maintain data integrity and support reporting requirements

Front-End & Web Technologies

• Develop and maintain web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Collaborate on or contribute to applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces

DevOps, Deployment & CI/CD

• Manage development, testing, and deployment workflows
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Use version control systems (Git, SVN) for safe collaboration and rollback
• Support release management and post-deployment validation

Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement

• Diagnose and resolve complex performance, security, and application issues
• Monitor application health and performance
• Continuously improve code quality, system architecture, and development processes
• Stay current with emerging .NET technologies and development best practices

Successful candidates must have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  
• 5+ years hands-on experience with .NET technologies including:
  
  • C#
    
  • ASP.NET
    
  • .NET Core
    
  • .NET Framework

• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and software architecture
• Advanced SQL Server (or similar RDBMS) experience
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
• Experience with API development and integration
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems (TFS, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration capability
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Work Arrangements:


• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: Hybrid arrangement - 2days office - 3 days WFH
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
