What you'll do:

As a Senior SEO Content Specialist, you will lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of SEO content initiatives. You will play a key role in driving content strategy, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and supporting long-term organic growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while also guiding team members and improving internal workflows to enhance overall performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Lead and manage SEO content initiatives for multiple high-value clients
• Plan, execute, and optimize content strategies aligned with business and client goals
• Collaborate closely with content, SEO, and digital teams to improve content quality and performance
• Oversee content workflows and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery
• Conduct keyword research and ensure content aligns with search intent and SEO best practices
• Identify content gaps and drive content-focused SEO strategies
• Ensure all content adheres to EEAT principles and supports long-term organic growth
• Review content outputs and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Support and guide junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
• Explore and implement AI tools to improve content efficiency, scalability, and quality
• Contribute to improving internal processes, templates, and workflow

Successful candidate must have:

• Proven experience in SEO content strategy, planning, and execution
• Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and on-page SEO best practices
• Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously
• Ability to lead content initiatives and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Strong content review and quality assurance skills
• Familiarity with EEAT principles and organic growth strategies
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)
• Knowledge of AI tools and content optimization workflows is a plus

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: Hybrid arrangement - 2days office - 3 days WFH
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
