What you'll do:

The Marketing Campaign Support Associate will support the Marketing, Partner Solutions, and Talent Acquisition teams by researching potential business leads, maintaining accurate CRM and Manatal records, monitoring open roles from platforms such as Apollo, SEEK, and Indeed, and assisting with content, campaign, database, and marketing-related tasks.

This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or entry-level professional who is organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with online research, and interested in marketing, lead generation, business development support, and Partner acquisition.

The position will mainly focus on helping identify possible partner companies, keeping lead and candidate information clean and updated, and supporting marketing activities that help create awareness, engagement, and new business opportunities for Integrated OS.

Core Function

The core function of the role is to support campaign execution, lead generation, CRM accuracy, Manatal database hygiene, and marketing operations so the Partner Solutions, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing teams can work with cleaner data, better organised records, and stronger campaign support.

In simple terms:

Find the right companies, organise the right data, support the right campaigns, help the Partner Solutions and Marketing teams move faster, and support the Talent Acquisition team with cleaner candidate records.


Key responsibilities for this role include:

1. Lead Research and Database Building

  • Support the Partner Solutions Team by researching companies across Australia and New Zealand that may be suitable prospects for Integrated OS.
  • Use Apollo to help identify target companies, decision-makers, contact details, company size, industry, location, and other relevant lead information.
  • Monitor SEEK and Indeed to help the Partner Solutions Team identify businesses that are actively hiring for roles that could potentially sit offshore.
  • Identify companies hiring for roles such as administration, finance, bookkeeping, customer support, marketing, drafting, engineering support, developers, operations support, and other back-office roles.
  • Check company websites, LinkedIn pages, job ads, and public information to gather useful context before the Partner Solutions Team reaches out.
  • Prepare basic lead summaries and notes so the Partner Solutions Team can quickly understand why the company may be a potential partner.
  • Assist in building and maintaining lead lists that can support outreach, follow-ups, and campaign activities.

2. CRM Data Entry and Lead Management

  • Encode new leads found by the Partner Solutions Team into HubSpot or the assigned CRM.
  • Update company records, contact details, job titles, lead sources, industries, and notes to ensure lead information is complete and usable.
  • Clean duplicate, incomplete, or outdated records to help maintain an accurate lead database.
  • Tag leads correctly based on source, such as Apollo, SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn, Organic, or Manual Database.
  • Maintain clear CRM notes so the Partner Solutions Team can quickly review the lead background, hiring activity, and possible offshore-fit roles.
  • Support CRM hygiene by checking missing fields, incorrect formatting, outdated information, and incomplete lead records.
  • Help ensure the Partner Solutions Team has clean, organised, and updated lead information before starting or continuing outreach.

3. SEEK and Indeed Lead Monitoring

  • Review SEEK and Indeed job posts to identify companies currently hiring in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Shortlist job ads that indicate potential offshore-fit roles.
  • Record key information such as company name, role title, location, job type, hiring urgency, and possible offshore role match.
  • Prioritise companies hiring multiple roles, repeat job posters, or businesses with roles that suggest capacity issues.
  • Share qualified leads with the Partner Solutions team for outreach.

4. Partner Solutions Support

  • Support weekly reporting on leads found, leads added, and potential opportunities identified.

5. Marketing Campaign Support

  • Assist the Marketing team with content preparation, caption drafting, post ideas, and content research.
  • Help organise marketing calendars, content trackers, campaign files, and posting schedules.
  • Support research for newsletters, social media posts, industry content, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Assist with basic performance reporting, such as engagement, clicks, leads generated, and campaign notes.
  • Help maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and campaign records.
  • Support campaign preparation by checking audience lists, updating trackers, organising assets, and helping ensure marketing activities are completed on time.

6. Manatal Database Cleanup

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team by helping maintain clean, accurate, and updated candidate records in Manatal.
  • Help clean duplicate candidate records and ensure details are properly organised in the system.
  • Support the Marketing Team by helping maintain an updated candidate database for newsletter sends, job alerts, and communications related to open roles.

Successful candidate must have:

  • Fresh graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Management, or any related course.
  • Strong English written communication skills.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, and online platforms.
  • Willing to learn tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Manatal, LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, Canva, and other marketing, CRM, or recruitment platforms.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to follow instructions clearly.
  • Interest in marketing, lead generation, business development support, campaign coordination, or content support.
  • No heavy sales experience required, but confidence in research, data accuracy, and communication is important.

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
